AA have an offer of 15% off all exUK fares, so check that out. Search the AA Board for "15%" and you should be well rearded.
Consider flying to lAX or SFo, flights are generally more competitive there, and America West/Ted/Alaska etc fly cheapo fares into LAS, and its only a short flight really.
To reduce the flight costs further, esp in premium cabins, try departing exEurope on BA, which can reduce the price significantly.
Become a BA shareholder and get 10% off their fares.
