In all honesty I'd read it. Then again, I'll read just about anything. Doesn't mean I believe or disbelieve it. But I often notice that most "teachings" from religious texts are compatible. Don't steal, don't mess with your neighbors spouse, be nice to others, etc. I don't see where the mear existance of such scriptures on the paper are "offensive".
Further, it's a "private" company and the company can elect to put whatever they want on their napkins/slipsheets. If you find it offensive your choice is to not fly them, or buy enough stock in them to voice your opinion for a change. Simple enough.
