ROP have got their act together, e-mailed them yesterday about missing miles due to rule changes ( one rule from 1st June , new rule from 1st July). Got reply today stating that miles (50%) had been credited to my account. Haven't checked yet as system is down , but it seems as if Thai have had a change of mind and accepted that even discounted fares deserve a fair share of miles.
