Taking a more positive approach I have to admit I have been mostly happy with all the cabin crews I have come across. Just like any job there are ALWAYS those who are in it just for the paycheck and could care less. But I fly Delta and Delta Connection (both ASA and ComAir) weekly and have found the crews to be SUPERB as a whole! I think a lot of times we blame the flight crews for the policies of the airline and expect them to make up for their employer's shortcomings. I would say the bad apples are the minority among some really great crews!
