I'd love to find a gorgeous, not too large resort right on a beach in the end of August within very easy reach of SIN. Hopefully one that will have as much good weather as possible too. Right now I'm batting around Langkawi (Detai) and Pangkor Laut. What am I missing and how worried should I be about the weather in late August? Is there something near SIN I'm missing?
