I've got a flight to MIA in J next week from LHR and I just realised that it's departing from T3, not my favourite terminal.
About a year back I went out on a AA and T3 was a zoo, with building works all over the place, earlier this year I went out on a GF and was pleasantly surprised, most of the building work seemed over, the shops kept Mrs PG happy for a while and it was, at least at the time I flew, preferable to the scrum that is often T1 when I am heading out on an early flight.
