Changes in Diamond Club will get rid of dead wood??? What do you mean by this? Your profile says that you are a silver card holder, 16,000 points per year, which doesn't come cheap? Not all DC silver and gold travel Business OR are paid for by there company, some people travel on leisure, I pay on average 150Euro for Dublin to LHR, why should't I be rewarded for this, I agree if you are paying £2 each way you should not get points, but if you have earned 16,000 points in the year, why shouldn't you get into lounge, if you have allocated points, what BMI could do is increase threshold for Silver card.
