I am staying here right now, so I *think* I can accurately answer it.
It's in North Phoenix, on 7th Street south of Thunderbird.
If you've got kids, it's okay, otherwise you'll get tired of all the yelling and water over the halls.
No upgrades for me on this holiday weekend. Breakfast coupons only delivered at 4am or so, under the door. No real HH recognition. You get a coupon for two bottles of water, but that's it.
Parking is pretty hellish. They do give out some snacks in the lobby at registration time. Tiny little ice cream cones, and some small pieces of pizza.
