I will start with the "contact Delta" message that appears on upgrade status. I have learned to ignore it but how many calls do they process doing just what the website said, "contact Delta". Phone and labor costs.
I had that experience yesterday when I requested (online) Medallion upgrades for Mr. Tb and self on one leg of a 4-leg round trip. Called Delta, the rep said everything was correct on her screen, but she couldn't do anything to fix mine. She transferred me to a website "technician" affirmed that everything was okay on his screen, but "I don't know how to change yours...I'll turn in a report".
My screen still displays "contact Delta", but, fortunately the correct seat assignments are still displayed.
