The downside is of course that they are not able to do everything with the reservation system that the previous SK employees could.
But the attitude is better than before. My 5c.
Yes, they do seem somewhat friendlier and happier to be there than before, but they cannot do anything. The moment irregular operations happen, a lot of business fare-paying and Star Gold passengers out of ARN are going to be mighty irritated with having to go outside to wait in line.

I cannot understand how this will be efficient in the long-run for SAS.
