fave tuna recipe happens at home--

white albacore (drained) hellman's mayo (NOT miracle whip) and chopped celery, served on toasted bread with lettuce.

due to mercury content, i've been using the light tuna lately...but it's not as good.

if you don't have celery, you can try what mr kk calls hippie tuna:

can o' tuna
mayo
chopped pecans
about 1/4 apple, chopped.

mmmm.

hey, while we're at it--do you like your tuna well flaked/mushed or still with recognizable chunks in it? put me firmly in the flaked/mushed camp.
