Please post your delta.com bugs here (so that Delta can read them in one place) and tell them why the bug is costing them money.

I will start with the "contact Delta" message that appears on upgrade status. I have learned to ignore it but how many calls do they process doing just what the website said, "contact Delta". Phone and labor costs.
