Sorry, I was 1000 miles off. As KiwiFlyer points out, the limit on the StarLite is actually 26K. With your proposed itinerary totalling only 22,801 you need to add a few sectors: don't want to 'waste' any points, now do you?
Also, think about KFer's suggestion of starting from Bangkok, since RTW fares depend on where you begin. The price from Thailand may be a lot less than the price from Singapore. The rules say that you must start and end in the same country BUT you could either (a) leave the last segment 'open' for use sometime later within the year of ticket validity or (b) simply not go.
