Thanks for the help again.

Where have you all found that there are the cheapest flights on average from either Tokyo Narita, Tokyo Haneda or even Nagoya Centrair? Further, what is the cheapest and/or most efficient way to travel from Tokyo (more specifically, a station south of the Imperial Palace, but I guess including Tokyo station too) to Nagoya's airport?
