The link for NW seatmap doesn't include information on the CRJ-800 or any CRJ beyond the CRJ-200. The NW Airlink site doesn't even mention any new aircraft. I would contact NW to find out if you are going to have a cramped and painful flight or the possibility of an F cabin (similar to AC and UA on their CRJ-700).
