I am beginning to rethink this whole PE thing. I need about 8,000 more miles to get PE again but.....NW has raised the fare class for upgrades to Asia so much that they are out of my reach. Domestic upgrades don't mean that much to me because I don't fly much in the US, and almost all connections to Europe and Asia are via DTW or MSP which are only about an hour away from MKE. It may make more sense to just take the cheapest flight when I travel overseas (no matter which airline). Anyone else rethinking his/her PE status?
