I'm planning on arriving into SFO on an ATA flight at 4:44PM and connecting to a Delta flight departing at 6:25PM.

I'm concerned about the checked baggage transfer from ATA to Delta. Does anyone know if this is done? I do know that ATA and Delta have an e-ticket interline agreement. I'm hoping this equates to the same thing as an interline checked baggage agreement.
