Spottie, this is very brave of you to suggest this and I'm 100% all for it. I still haven't decided whether or not I should sue BA over my 45 quid I lost in offline fees this year. Problem is, I don't know much about law and all that legal stuff. Number 7 of your first post is the only problem I've had when using ba.com, that is not being able to change or cancel online and being "forced" to pay £15 for human help.

I would like to suggest that we gather the FACTS about the ba.con website and compare these with the ADVERTISING PROMISES. This will then enable some brave FTer to take BA to the Advertising Standards Agency, Trading Standards and the Small Claims Court.

That's a great idea - I'm with you on this. ^
