Both of the HI's you have booked are the average, slightly run down HI's we are all used to.
When in Biloxi, make sure you go to Famous Joes Oyster Bar, and get the Charbroiled oysters!
I agree, never stay at the (older) HI Gulfport close to the airport, the HIX is alot nicer. Just completed a stay there last week and I will make sure to never return.(Very bad check-in experience, myself and another guest with the same name checked in on the same night, what are the odds)
