JonNYC --- everything is as stated. The CTO agent could not believe that they would close a waitlist --- she tried but to no avail.
She handed me the phone and dialed Intl Reward desk who inturn called Rev Mgmt and they would not (could not) do anything --- so I now have a HoKeY with very (very) slim chances of an upgrade.
I find it perplexing that they would close a "waitlist" ---
