I stayed there prior to making gold and it was a fine hotel. Had 2 problems. First, they charged me the wrong rate, which they corrected after I brought it to their attention. Then they double billed my credit card, which I disputed with Amex successfully. It seemed more than a coincidence and I posted on FT and a few others had similar problems. The MIA HI is close to the airport and I think there is a shuttle.
