Just a thought...
BA Staff member 1: "What is this FT site?"

BA Staff member 2: "Oh, some forum site where BA fans exchange infomation. We have a member of staff helping/monitoring what's posted on it"

BA Staff member 1: "Well I think we need to monitor it more. There's a lawsuit being discussed against us for valid (or non-valid) reasons!"
