Well, this isn't off-line charge related - but the 10k off redemption sale throughout June specifically said I could go to Hawaii in the sale & must book online at BA.COM. Until my brain clicked into gear, which a non-Ft'er wouldn't necessarily have figured out, I was extremely pleased had found somewhere possibly for my honeymoon.

I would strongly challenge BA to do the right thing, and apologise for issuing a false promotion, and make up for it by offering Hawaii indeed for 10k less, without any £15 extra offline booking charge per head - as there were to be none by booking at ba.com.

When one sees the flack Ryanair & EZ get for making mistakes & un-bookable sale prices from various agencies & the press, I don't see why this was allowed to carry on for a whole month un-noticed & unchanged.
