An FB Plat is refused entrance in an AZ lounge.
Adducted reasons:
his flights had no Biz class so no lounge access
his status with FB (Elite Plus) did not provided him access because of FB own rules.
So, which is the matter about criticize Alitalia ?
Personally I hate the FB lounges in CGD but that is my problem because once the three too **** staff guys did not wanted to waist their precious time changing a randomly picked seat assignment for a simple FD Plat. The only reason I 'perceived' was I do not speak French (one of my many limits, I know). So I'd say I hope AF/KL goes down so all their staff can be re-trained by the new French state airline.
By the way, the Alitalia Venice lounge is great and few days ago I entered with an economy ticket of a totally else alliance with my FFP card...
and I used the free internet connection/PC to check FT !
