Okay it was a club room judging from the lounge access and the B&O TV's, but for that amount you should have stayed at the FS (Four Seasons) or the Shangri-La IMHO. Next time I would say
Correct, it was indeed a club room. Don't get me wrong, I think the rooms were excellent, but I think I was expecting more. Having stayed at the GH in Dubai, UAE, and on a Club floor, I was expecting a similar "grand" experience at the GH in Singapore.
Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, I felt a little bit uneasy. I think the lady at the front desk threw me a couple of left hooks (I think I asked too many questions
) and from then on, things were just not upto par. I guess one shouldn't expect the same "experience" in all GH hotels
.
Anyway, I felt the S$400+ price tag was not justified. The visit to SIN; however... Now that was priceless
