I have been on many of these flights, also the E70. They usually have a wicker tray filled with all sorts of snacks that are similar to what is in the RCC.

The worst was, and I am not making this up, on an ALB-ORD 3 weeks ago:

* NO DRINKS! Not even water!
* The FA had a wicker tray that was very empty, then rooted around and found bruised bananas and other heinous looking fruits, added them to the tray and passed them out!!!
* The FA told me that the plane had not been boarded with food or drinks in 3 days! He said that all the liquor ran out the first day because of severe delays where the F passengers drank it all!

To answer the original question, I have only seen plastic cups on UX F.
