I flew a CR7 in F on SFO-SMF, admittedly a very short time spent there (albeit better than the CRJ it was when I booked the ticket and spent the miles for the JFK-SFO p.s. u/g)

The seats are far better than the normal CRJ fare and are laid out in 1+2 format in two rows, IIRC. They have a lot more leg room and are significantly wider. Unfortunately, they're not even up to par with mainline F, IMHO. On the short flight I had, we didn't have any drink service (although F pax were served water during boarding). On longer flights, full service is available, but I believe it's in plastic cups.

F on a CR7 beats E- anyday... but it's not mainline F, even on a 757.
