Seattle Outage Exception Policy

Ticketed passengers who are affected by the Seattle runway light outage and are scheduled for travel on June 30, 2005, to/from and transiting Seattle will be allowed the following changes to assist in their travel needs. These apply to both revenue and Mileage Award tickets.

If new/rescheduled travel is before July 21st, 2005, then the following exceptions apply:

Change fees/add collects will be waived.
If an Alaska Airlines Vacation package is involved, the customer must contact the Vacations Desk for handling.
If new/rescheduled travel is after July 21st, 2005, then change fees/add collects apply to the new travel dates.

A full refund can be offered if the passenger does not wish to travel or does not have new dates of travel.
