Except for Dan Tana's and the Dresden (on a weeknight only) you essentially names all tourist traps. Having been born and raised in Los Angeles (not 45 minutes away in the suburbs) I can say that the only essential LA thing is to go to pinks. Dan Tanas is good, but no more LA than spagos, and the dresden is filled with high school kids who just watched swingers on the weekends.
