You don't mention when the trip is, but I would opt for CVG to avoid frequent summer thuinderstorm-related disruptions in ATL or ATL to avoid winter snow possibility in CVG (although ATL gets ice sometimes). Which route gets you fewer RJ's? Be sure to factor that in. It doesn't look like any segment is long enough to warrant a meal. Both airports have a decent range of food options.
