It's not that diffucult really... Click on Thailand promotions and all you need to understand is HKT in Thai and 1900 in normal numbers.

All SAS/Finnair promotions that I used to book when I lived in Europe had to be booked through the offer pages as well and wouldn't show up in the regular booking engine.
