Do you mean the Regent? For orientation that one is located as follows: You are standing outside the Hilton on Orchard with your back towards the lobby. You make a left turn and walk straight down Orchard Rd towards the end past the Man U store (Traders Hotel is there too somewhere IIRC) until you come to the next intersection where you turn left and after 100m or so the Regent is on your left side. 5 min in total max.
