don't stress. ta's are ubiquitous in beijing and almost all deliver so she needn't set foot in one, if she doesn't want to. what's more, ctrip is really easy to use (check availability on the internet; book by phone; leave money with your concierge; ticket(s) will show up in less than 2 hours)
