I've been trying to use yoee.com, but they've made a right mess of my wife's reservation. The online credit card payment tool keeps spitting out an error, and I can't speak Chinese to communicate with the agents... now it looks like they have her booked 6 times (!?!?) on the same flights. I'm trying to get this taken care of before she arrives, as she has only a few days in Beijing and doesn't want to spend time at a TA.
