Did a miles and amex 2-4-1 booking on the 25th, they took 25000 miles instantly before I pointed out I wanted a Club booking, they also took the taxes instantly from my CC.

After I pointed out I wanted a club ticket not coach, they again instantly took another 50000 miles and refunded the original 25000, of course they also took another lot of a taxes and booking fees.

They then wanted to charge me the £15 booking fee from the first incorrect booking and all in less than 5 minutes, I think the real surprise was when 2 sets of tickets dropped through the letterbox yesterday, of course I dont get my CC refunded until I return the incorrect set of tickets to them
