With Bellagio's buffet, you can get in line around 3-4pm while they are still serving lunch. The wait in line will be 1-2 hours. By the time you get to the entrance, they will be serving dinner but you pay the lunch price! It will be the lunch price because around 5:30 or so they will cordon off people behind you signifying those people will have to pay the dinner price. But you are lucky; you get to have dinner at the lunch price!
ive done this at the paris buffet. the wait wasnt that long, but the lunch to dinner price was significant, this saves especially when on a budget. read this tip in a las vegas guide book.
