I had good experience with the FHR in US too...

3 yrs ago, 3 rooms (max) for 3 nts stay in Bellagio (LAS). All rooms upgraded to fountain view, 2 continental breakfast coupons/day/room (~15$ worth of food in the cafe) a 50$/room food credit and a Bellagio CD/room (with all the fountain songs). All these I think add about 150-200$ value per room...

Last year, 1 room 2 nts in Ali tower HHV, upgrade to oceanview room, 2 adult lunch in rainbow cafe (3 courses each~100$), continental breakfast and afternoon snacks.

All the room rates I got from PTS were cheaper than on-line or even through the hotel
