Is it the same award seat inventory which is used for "seats for miles/MFU" (I can check this availability online) and "seats using Amex2-4-1" (which I can check only calling BAEC thus taking much more time, questions and money on 0870 number)?
I mean I can see availability of seats when I want to use miles only. But if there is availability of seats bookable for miles, does it mean there would be a seat for Amex241 voucher also?

Or Amex241 seats are completely different so even if there is available seat for miles, I can still be told that availability for amex241 is nile?
