Amtrak used to be my favorite place to park when it was $6 per day. Close to airport, covered parking and shuttle service to airport was good. Coming back, depending on time of day could be good or bad. However, they raised their rates to $9 per day and I haven't parked there since. It might even be more now.
I switched to Preflight and have been very pleased with their service. As stated myself and others, BWI shuttle service sucks.
