What I do find very odd, though, is that I posted one reference to my husband in a thread in another forum 4 months ago, yet GUWonder immediately knew I was married. Contrary to your claim, I did not assert that you were married. I asked a question.

Now for a follow-up question. Were you wearing a wedding ring, did it come to his attention and if so, doesn't that make this (as you said) "very attractive" self-identifying FAM more of a creep?
[I could also ask if the place you got married allows for same-sex marriage too, but then you may jump to a different conclusion -- and perhaps a wrong one at that, if applying the same reasoning.

PS. Thanks for the reminder about the Starwood Lanesborough debacle. I do have to re-visit it as the stays are upcoming, if I am not mistaken.
