The real irony is that because of political correctness, TSA will not pay special attention to members of groups that have a long, demonstrated history of committing terrorist acts. Confer this link:

So TSA will pay at least the same amount of attention to grandma from Cedar Falls, Iowa, who is 5th generation American, as it does to Abu, age 24, from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen, Pakistan, etc., who knows maybe 15 words of English.
Not to be xenophobic, but who is likelier to be a terrorist? In terms of civil rights and effective use of our tax dollars, the current TSA approach is at best a farce perpetrated on U.S. citizens and taxpayers.
Here is a thought - how about all of us subjected to secondary, whether because of SSSS or retaliatory screening (i.e. WTMD did not alarm, shoes removed, etc., and yet wanded/pat-down) file complaints with the TSA Office of Civil Rights? If even a tiny fraction of Americans subjected to secondary as described above filed complaints, this office would grind to a halt and we probably would generate a great deal of publicity.
