I think they meant that it was not attended by your typical hot, beautiful-bodied circuit-type boys that had been present in the years past. They told me that Halloween is the more popular time to go to NO. They described the crowd as a little rougher, older, and more bearish than usual.(BTW...no offense to any of my bear friends out there)Of course, it that is your scene, you'll be in heaven.
Also, as mentioned earlier, some of the fun has been diminished by the police crackdowns and numerous religious zealots.
