Indurain goes to the 24Hour Fitness daily in Irvine, CA. During the week between 6pm to 8pm, MWF heavy lifting (free weights, bench, plates), TTh cardio (stair climbers, elipticals). Weekend times are more flexible.
Cycling is possible on weekends, 20 to 40 miles, light to moderate hills, 15 to 18mph average. I ride on streets with bike lanes mostly but know a bike path or two nearby as well. (Currently out with plantar faciitis)
Basketball on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings. Tuesday nights are with younger (college) folks who like to run, and Saturday mornings are with older folks (40+) who like to bang around. (Currently out with plantar faciitis)
