Does anyone know how stricly enforced the guest policy is in the MapleLeaf Lounge ?

I am travelling with my wife and two teenage daughters. We are going BOS to LHR with a very long layover in Toronto.

I am Star Alliance Gold. According to the literature, I am entitled to bring in one guest and any additional guest is $20 each. Do you think they will make me pay to include my kids ?
