IMHO.... If I were you, I wouldn't be concerning myself about the miles.. I would be concerning myself about paying off that negative debt.. That's my US$0.02 worth
Follow these simple steps:
1) Cut up card
2) Pay off balance
3) Obtain a charge card, so you have no choice but to pay it off in full each and every month.. (i.e., American Express, Diner's Club)..
But to answer your question, I do not think there is a card that is offered who will give miles for balance transfers. Otherwise, you would have people with US$30K in credit card debt transferring their balances, and really reaping the benefits of living on fantasy island
