5h30 am it's still dawn - you should get it done in 25 to 40 minutes tops. I'd bet it to be around 30 minutes.

The Shuttle bus during the wee hours betwen GRU and CGH does stop at Terminal Tiete to let pax in/out, so even without traffic you still make the journey in approximately 60 min.
