First of all, I hope your leg is now OK. That's the most important thing. Beyond that, I guess I'm a bit unclear on some details of your story. Did they not have boarding ramps in Bangor, so that you wouldn't have to deal with stairs? I guess not. But not in Newark? I don't doubt your story at all. It's just that I don't grasp those parts of it.

You might reach more folks if you post this story in the Continental thread instead, but I can see why you place it under Disability Travel.
