As some have posted before it is the moments during irregular ops that make UGS so valuable. Had many flights out of LAX delayed, where the local UGS agents called me on my cell phone and/or at home to tell me they arranged other flights for me and if the new schedule was ok. Love the personal attention I get at the LAX UGS room and the very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly agents. Flew with my 2 year old daughter to Asia in C and they asked what I wanted for her as a meal. The agent contacted catering (went through several exchanges on what main dish and side dishes I wanted) and two days later for the flight my daughter had her own custom meal. I was amazed. Love being UGS but don't think I will qualify for next year. Keeping my fingers crossed.
