With Bellagio's buffet, you can get in line around 3-4pm while they are still serving lunch. The wait in line will be 1-2 hours. By the time you get to the entrance, they will be serving dinner but you pay the lunch price! It will be the lunch price because around 5:30 or so they will cordon off people behind you signifying those people will have to pay the dinner price. But you are lucky; you get to have dinner at the lunch price!
