I've noticed a lot of this at IAD as well, but unfortunately, it comes with the territory. I myself, am willing to deal with these issues just to have the luxuries of E+ seating, and other perks I get with United.

The absolute WORST is the Business Class/Premier/*A Gold & *A Silver check in lines at Dulles. They usually have one person working, and it takes literally at LEAST 10 minutes to check anyone in. It's funny for a United hub to have such poor service for their most 'dignified' (if you can call them that) customers.

The first class/1K/UGS line seems to usually have 2 people working, but it can oftentimes be longer and just as slow.

Good luck with everything, and hopefully if all of us continue to be patient (as hard as it may be), things will get better.

Cheers~
